Chairman
With his wide management experience in
the oil and gas, financial services and
real estate sectors as a managing director,
company president, chief operating officer
and as a consultant, Tucker is responsible
for the definition and execution of KCL's
business strategy designed to maximise
shareholder value through superior financial
performance. He is also responsible for
building long-term relationships with
partners, host governments and key suppliers.
George Rapport
Finance Director
George was previously a Managing Director
at the Chase Manhattan Bank. Of his 33
years at Chase, 17 were spent in various
positions in oil and gas corporate finance
in Paris, London, and New York. He also
managed relationships with major U.S.
and European multinational oil companies
as well as with U.S. independents.
Amar Hameed
Chief Executive Officer
Amar has served as the Chief Executive
of various companies which are now subsidiaries
of KCL. Prior to 1997, he was the Sales
& Marketing Director of Celanese Pakistan
Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of Hoechst
A.G.). Before joining the chemical industry
in 1989, Amar spent ten years in banking,
first with Fidelity Bank in London and
then with National Commercial Bank in
Saudi Arabia. After receiving a B.Sc from
the London School of Economics, he spent
his early career with Touche Ross and
Whitbread London Ltd.
Jalil Jamil
CEO Nimir Chemicals Pakistan Ltd
Jalil played an instrumental role in
the establishment of NCPL. As a former
Director of Operations for a global shipping
company and for the Ravi Chemicals Group,
he brought with him a wealth of experience
in logistics and management.
Sean Reid
CEO Industrial Chemicals & Resins
LLC
Sean joined ICR in April 2004. He holds
a degree in Management Sciences and Materials
Technology. His previous assignments include
a variety of management positions in the
coatings industry in Europe and the Middle
East.
Chris McNulty
CEO Nimir Specialty Chemicals Ltd
With a degree in Chemistry, Chris moved
into an international career in the chemicals
industry. He has held senior management
positions in Hong Kong, India and the
Middle East with leading companies in
specialty chemical manufacture. In this
respect Chris has expertise in the use
of specialty chemicals in the coatings,
textile, oil, paper and consumer care
industries.
Saeed Zaman
CEO International Chemicals Company
Ltd
A qualified engineer, Saeed previously
worked for SNGPL, the utility gas company,
for 27 years where he was responsible
for a workforce of over 100 employees.
With his extensive people management skills
and valuable technical experience, he
is now General Manager and CEO of ICC.
Eiman Hamed
Global Procurement & Business
Development Manager, Knightsbridge Chemicals
Ltd
Eiman recently joined KCL after several
years experience with Sabic, the leading
Saudi Arabian petrochemical company. Her
responsibilities include managing all
procurement related issues, increasing
the group's sales activities and developing
new projects.
Taimur Dawood
CEO Nimir Resins Ltd
Taimur's education in Industrial Engineering
(B.Sc) and Finance (MBA) lead to an extensive
career in the financial sector. He has
held positions in management and investment
for a number of leading financial institutions
in the U.S. and Pakistan.
Norbert Leder
Technical Consultant
Trained as a chemical engineer, Norbert
worked with Hoechst for more than 25 years,
progressing to the position of Technical
Director. He joined NCPL to fill a similar
position, and later became CEO of ICC,
before moving to his current role as KCL
Group Consultant.
